Chief Pilot
Job Description:
Preferably a management pilot with minimum 10,000 flying hours, at least 5000 hours being on jets. Should have 2500 plus hours in command of which half should be on jets. Check pilot experience essential while instructional experience on aircraft and simulator will be advantageous. Must take charge of the flying operations, including negotiating and inducting line pilots, monitoring performance, supervising the rostering and training schedules. Should be knowledgeable on regulatory requirements and ensure flights are planned and operated as per the company's approved flight manual.
Head-Commercial Services
Job Description:
Will take charge of all commercial aspects of the operations. Negotiating rates and controlling prices of the company's services. Should have about 15 years relevant experience in the cargo section of an airline or an airline cargo agency.
Head-Security
Job Description:
Should plan, regulate and control all security related aspects of the airline throughout the network. A defence/paramilitary background with BECAS approval is a must. Should be fully conversant with all aviation security directives and have good liaison with agencies involved with security at all airports in the network.
Quality Control Manager
Job Description:
Should have at least 15 years of commercial aviation experience with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity in Engineering QC, with B 737-300 and/or B 757-200 endorsement. The position would require DGCA approval.
Manager-Technical Planning
Job Description:
Planning for aircraft and facilities including mandatory checks, while developing related financial and manpower budgets. Prepare technical inputs for contracts and MRO solutions for out-source agencies. Working closely with Maintenance, Logistics and Technical Services for creative solutions to technical issues. Ensure timely availability of manpower, tools, equipment and documentation for smooth engineering operations.
Manager-Materials/Logistics
Job Description:
Negotiating technical supplies and monitoring the performance of vendors for costs and delivery. Keeping track of warrantees and liaison with the Technical Services cell to plan all aspects of spares/components and parts.
Maintenance Manager
Job Description:
Should plan, supervise and control the aircraft maintenance function ensuring that all relevant checks and maintenance programs are adhered to in accordance with the manufacturers directives and DGCA regulations. Should provide direction and leadership to a team of maintenance engineers. Should have at least 5 years managerial experience in an airline/maintenance organization.
Manager-Flight Operations/Flight Despatch
Job Description:
Assist the Chief Pilot in flight planning, rostering and licensing requirements. Must maintain constant relationship with the airport officials and other agencies concerned with flight operations.
Manager-Ground Operations
Job Description:
An airline professional with at least 15 years of commercial airline experience, should have headed the ground handling activities for at least 5 years. Responsible for smooth operations and seamless service across the network. Will direct and advise the Station Managers at each airport in the network.
Station Managers
Job Description:
Head the company's operations at their respective airports. Working closely with the out-sourcing agency to provide effective and seamless services. Should have been a Duty Manager/Supervisor with a commercial airline handling tarmac Operations.
Load Master
Job Description:
Primary responsibility for setting load and trim standards for the aircraft, auditing to ensure standards are being rigidly followed throughout the network and training staff in load and trim. Should have been in a similar position in a commercial airline for about 5 years. DGCA approved instructional qualifications on the B 737-300 and/or B 757-200 for Load &Trim and Dangerous Goods Regulations is essential.
Aircraft Maintenance Engineers
Job Description:
Full scope license holders on the B 737-300 and/or B757-200 with at least one year as a certifying engineer.
Technical Officers
Job Description:
Engineering professionals with 3-5 years in the Engineering Department of an airline/maintenance organization with exposure to planning, technical services and related documentation.
